JLG Focuses on Strong Aftermarket Parts and Service

Hoofddorp, The Netherlands (February 2, 2010) --- JLG Europe BV, an Oshkosh Corporation Company (NYSE: OSK) and a leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telescopic material handlers, understands the importance of a strong focus on its aftermarket parts business and aims for industry-leading service and availability.

The significant growth by JLG over the past years in the EAME region has had an equally strong influence on its parts business, which has also experienced rapid growth To fulfill the ever increasing needs of the continually growing customer base, timing is crucial.

“JLG has a strong customer focus. We understand that an hour of downtime is lost income for our customers, especially in the aftermarket parts business, where reliability and experience are so crucial. Customers may rest assured that we maintain a readily available high number of JLG OEM parts for aerial workplatforms and telehandlers at a competitive price,” said Wayne Lawson JLG Industries vice president of sales and field services for EAME. “In addition, we offer approximately 5,000 OEM competitor parts for those of our customers which have non-JLG products in their fleet. Our outlook for the future is positive. Based on our extensive product knowledge, our state-of-the-art facilities and with the dedication of our parts suppliers, we are focused on minimizing the down time of JLG equipment.”

Adding to customers’ satisfaction are the various options available on shipment deliveries. There are same day shipments for orders received before 4 pm CET, 48-hour and re-stock shipments that are delivered in 72 hours. Furthermore, special parts programs are developed that will serve our customer needs seamlessly. With the help of our dedicated sales people in the field and in the office, we continually review and further improve our work and customer approach.
